Return & Refund Policies

✔️ 7-days return period.
✔️ Items must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✔️ Return will not be accepted if the Tag is BROKEN or REMOVED or item is  USED.
✔️ Please provide a video clip taken while opeing the package.
✔️ You must have the Estimate (Bill) of the package you Received.
✔️ Refunds will get processed within 7-10 business days of receiving return.
✔️ We allow exchanges for different size or colour, if available and (Shipping cost are APPLIED).
✔️ Offers / Discounts items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
✔️ We allow returns for damaged items, including shipping costs.
